[cffi-devel] CFFI patches for ECL

+ %foreign-symbol-pointer no longer signals an error when the symbol is not
found

+ various typos in cffi-ecl.lisp made the code not work when the libffi is
not linked into ECL. This library is required for CFFI's function calls to
work as interpreted code.
