  * clisp: small fix to %FOREIGN-ALLOC
  
  - Deal with (%foreign-alloc 0) gracefully by turning it into a one byte
    allocation. This is similar to what glibc's malloc() does, IIUC.
  - Regression test: FOREIGN-ALLOC.6.
