  * Make :POINTER a parameterized foreign type.
  
  - :POINTER without arguments is a void pointer.
  - (:POINTER :INT) is a pointer to an :INT.
  - These nest properly: (:POINTER (:POINTER :INT)).
  - Pointers are not type checked yet---an optional pointer type checker
    will be added someday.
