Hmmm, no libctest.h for vzn to eat? Or am I missing something? Can vzn 
eat libctest.c? I can see how CFFI needs to be testable independent of 
the existence of vzn, but it would be nice if the test suite can be 
/also/ approached via vzn-generated bindings.
