[cffi-devel] New patches in cffi-luis: docs, clisp bug and defcfun-helper-forms

This is just a paste of the recent changes in my cffi branch[1], if 
someone feels like looking at the patches and comment.

   * Use fboundp instead of find-symbol to define default defcfun helper.

   * Bugfix: clisp converts NULL to NIL

   Added workaround in the pointer operations because of this.
   Also added test: deref.pointer.null
