Done. (I updated the CVS). 

As of Jan 14 common-lisp.net  is using a new server and they did not restore 
the ftp properly. So right now the links to the snapshots and cellsgtk.so 
files are missing. I have written them a note, and I'll be checking back 
later today to see whether any progress is made.
