Whew! But it was way too easy considering the number of times I yo-yoed 
ACL over the past week just because I blew out the virtual memory. I 
just had to release the foreign wand structure created by IM. I thought 
it was not allocating its own ram since I had to supply a block when 
reading the pixels, but I guess it reads it all in when the file is opened.
