[Bese-devel] Using test-suite code in other project

Hi,

I was woundering about the licensing of the arnesi code. The lib  
itself is BSD as i understand it, but what about the test-suite  
files? They don't contain license information.

Specifically I'd like to use the test-suite of the walker component,  
adapt it and use it as a test suite for my own walker. (My project is  
BSD licensed aswell).

I can't imagine this being a problem, but want to make sure.
