[Bese-devel] fiveam patch: gen-character

Hi,

I am attaching a patch for gen-character. CODE-CHAR is allowed to
return NIL. Now the generator checks for this, so that it will always
return a character.

I currently had this problem with ccl, where two of fiveam's own tests
would fail (gen-character, gen-string).
