[Bese-devel] ucw_ajax fix for mod_lisp cookies

Hi.

The attached patch brings the mod-lisp backend up to date for the following
change:

  * Clean up cookie handling. WARNING: api changed

I can send a plain diff-style patch as well.  I wasn't sure what the project
conventions are.  Comments welcome.
