i'll take a look at this once i get some air. generally ip addresses
should always be represented as usingned byte 8 vectors inside ucw and
the mod_lisp backend probably returns it as a string.

this is probably due to some small api change. take a look at the diff
and patches/reports are welcome if it's really a bug.
