Hello,

Attached is the patch implementing actions and funcallable instances,
and breaking just about everything else.

Also included is a new test suite that covers the RERL. Only works in
threaded lisps, but could be hacked to test remotely (as was at one
point 'till i realized i don't care).

May or may not work at all, let me know if i missed a file or something.
Let the hacking commence!
