[Bese-devel] Error on Lispworks on windows

[Vagif Verdi]

Windows Lispworks 4.4.6 and latest ucw-boxset.

After commenting out l10n application in start-common.lisp, starts ok.

But when going to localhost:8080 url gives following error:
