[Bese-devel] boxset improvement

The following patch improves the handling of asdf-binary-locations on my
machine. In particular, if asdf-binary-locations is present but not
loaded, trying to access asdf:*source-to-target-mappings* will fail, as the
symbol will be unbound.

I believe it's better to check for the package, as if someone uses
asdf-binary-locations it will be loaded at this point.
