[Bese-devel] iterate dependency

hi!

i've got a local patch for yaclml that properly escapes attribute
values with escape-as-html (which should be called as escape-as-xml,
shouldn't it?)

this is a move towards xhtml conformance.

but this patch depends on a fresh iterate, so i haven't yet pushed it
yet. what is the policy in such situations? the dependency in iterate
is already available both as a release and in its darcs repo for a few
weeks.
