[Bese-devel] dojo switch

Changed the dojo.js in /path/to/ucw/wwwroot/ to the ajax edition. The
dojo.js currently supplied misses some features that ucw forms need
for correct validation. eg the stuff in dojo.html according to my
firefox js error checker. We can just as well include the ajax edition
i figured. Nothing as easy as replacing it with a less bloated version
if you need to.

Patch is in ucw_public.
