Looks like this patch breaks the admin application:
16:02 UCW.BACKEND/+INFO+: Handling request for "/admin/index.ucw"
16:02 UCW-LOGGER/+INFO+: CALL'ing to /#<ADMIN-APP {BC7AF11}>
16:02 UCW-LOGGER/+ERROR+: Error #<UNDEFINED-FUNCTION 
%SET-ACTION-PARAMETER-NAME {BCB2479}> while serving action.

Sorry but I don't have time to investigate it right now (even if 
solution is trivial), so only mentioning.
