[Bese-devel] single-threaded ucw patches

If you are using single-threaded CL these patches will help integrate UCW.
Enclosed in the attachment are 5 patches and sample startup scripts.
The patches are for 5 directories:

. ucw_dev
. arnesi_dev
. parenscript
. yaclml
. araneida-release

If using the patch program, the patches will probably not install unless
using the -l option. (Something like 'patch -Nlp0 < some.patch' should work.)
These patches were specifically made for Clisp 2.38 but would probably be of
use to anybody having a hard time getting the QUICKSTART hello.lisp program
running, especially if using the araneida backend http server.
