[Bese-devel] More unwalker and Lisp-1 fixes

Hey Marco,

I've fixed the unwalker to handle `eval-when'.  Also
some Lisp-1 forms were missing like `throw' and
`return-from'.  We can also now use `return-from' with
`defun1' and `defmethod1'.
