One comment: the reference tests fails (asdf:oos
'load-op :parenscript.test) because of the new syntax change to "with".
What is missing is an update to the documentation in reference.lisp, and
a rebuild of the reference tests like this:
(js-test:js-test:make-reference-tests-dot-lisp)

I'll have a look at the other changes later, they seem like good ideas.
