[Bese-devel] answer-component patch in ucw_public

I've seen a patch in ucw_public repo with an answer-component* that
dispatches on the (from, to, value) parameters.

This is a good idea, because there are times when you want to
specialize things in such cases.

The name is not a good one, tough. IMHO it should be called
answer-component and break compatibility (most users use the answer
macro anyway) and the two arg version should go away. Optionally the
two arg version could be renamed to answer-from and be kept, but I
don't see the need for that.
