  * src/default.lisp: remove unnecessary CL-Launch check
  
  CL-Launch is no more needed in the Common Lisp code as of patch:

      * src/default.lisp: use `arnesi:getenv' instead of
        `cl-launch:getenv'
  
  Removing any CL-Launch check reintroduced by patch (which BTW breaks
  `sbcl --load etc/start.lisp`):
  
    Mon Apr 17 23:54:01 EDT 2006  atkinw at rpi.edu
      * check for CL-LAUNCH at load-time instead of at runtime
