[Bese-devel] rebind for parenscript

hi!

in js you can not simply rebind variables like you can in lisp with a (let
(..) ..)

because of this if you create closures you can not easily separate their
bindings.

err, i mean you couldn't before this patch... :)

not that it's magic, but it comes handy and simple to use.

i'm not sure about its placement, i just added it to js.lisp to the helper
stuff. feel free to move around...
