[Bese-devel] Hello app in ucw_dev...

Alberto,

I just did a fresh install of everything from darcs using all the  
*_dev and specified requirements and once I properly configured my  
asdf, I had no problems. I simply connected to http://localhost:8080/  
and it worked and the admin was in http://localhost:8080/admin.
