Thanks! In the meantime, I updated my asdf and added a dependency of
"ucw-inspector" on "window", and it worked. Actually, I also had to prepend
"common-lisp-user::" to "ensure-system-for-ucw :rfc2388" in bin/utils.lisp
(function use-httpd-backend).
