If I try to shutdown the server I got:
(it.bese.ucw:shutdown-server it.bese.ucw:*default-server*)

There is no applicable method for the generic function
  #<STANDARD-GENERIC-FUNCTION IT.BESE.UCW::DELETE-SESSION (1)>
when called with arguments
  (#<IT.BESE.UCW:COOKIE-SESSION-APPLICATION /ucw/examples/ 1>
   "OJScjimxtrgWDIFILBfZwYrclZPiJnmBpnzUkBDD" T).
   [Condition of type SIMPLE-ERROR]

Restarts:
  0: [ABORT] Abort handling SLIME request.
  1: [ABORT] Exit debugger, returning to top level.

Backtrace:
  0: ((SB-PCL::FAST-METHOD NO-APPLICABLE-METHOD (T)) #<unavailable argument> #<unavailable argument> #<STANDARD-GENERIC-FUNCTION IT.BESE.UCW::DELETE-SESSION (1)> (#<IT.BESE.UCW:COOKIE-SESSION-APPLICATION /ucw/examples/ 1> "OJScjimxtrgWDIFILBfZwYrclZPiJnmBpnzUkBDD" T))
  1: ((SB-PCL::FAST-METHOD NO-APPLICABLE-METHOD (T)) #<unavailable argument> #<unavailable argument> #<STANDARD-GENERIC-FUNCTION IT.BESE.UCW::DELETE-SESSION (1)> (#<IT.BESE.UCW:COOKIE-SESSION-APPLICATION /ucw/examples/ 1> "OJScjimxtrgWDIFILBfZwYrclZPiJnmBpnzUkBDD" T))
  2: ((LAMBDA (SB-PCL::.ARG0. &REST #1="#<...>" . #1#)) #<unavailable argument> #<unavailable &REST argument>)

so it seems my system is messed up in many ways..

FYI I have run
tla replay in the ucw subdirectory and that just tells me:
 tla replay
* tree is already up to date
so it seems I'M using the most actual version.

My system is a AMD64/Debian/unstable

Regards
Friedrich
