[Bese-devel] ucw an allegro (windows + aserve)

thanks to the help of Edgar Gonçalves i have commited initial
(compiles and loads) support for allegro. (you'll need the latest ucw
and the latest arnesi).

i remeber someone had asked about allegro support [sorry if i don't
remeber who you are], i don't (and don't plan on having) an allegro
implementation to test this on so if anyone else wants to try ucw and
see what goes wrong that'd be great (and open the road for a 0.3.5
release).
