i'm gonna wait a couple days before announcing, if in the mean time
someone wants to download this tarball and make sure it works (i've
only done testing with openmcl on macos x (though i tried all three
backends)).

the big thing about this release is the new presentation stuff, as
soon as we get a clsql<->presentation (or just _some_ ucw<->clsql
bridge) i'm gonna put up 0.4.0 :)
