how are you setting up the somethi_existing.lisp entry point? 

does /asp/ucw/examples/index.ucw work? (NB: for this to work you will
have to change tthe url-prefix from "/ucw/examples/" to
"/asp/ucw/examples/" (look in ucw/examples/examples.lisp:9))
