I just put up 0.3.8pre0 (it corresponds to ucw--dev--0.3--patch-376):

ftp://ftp.common-lisp.net/pub/project/ucw/ucw_0.3.8pre9.tar.bz2

This will become, after any distribution mistakes have been corrected
and i've created the RELEASE_NOTES file, ucw 0.3.8. i'd be great if
people could download and install that and tell me how it goes.
