[Bese-devel] action-anchor

just a quick heads up: 1) the action-anchor yaclml tag is going away,
it is going to be replaced by the <ucw:a tag. 2) unlike action-anchor
<ucw:a takes, as it's second arg, a single form and wraps this form in
a lambda.  looking i my code i realized that i had only 1 call to
action-anchor where the lambda contained more than one form, so i made
it easier to write.
