[aspectl-devel] Aspectl 0.6.5 released

Hi,

Nothing earthshattering happened in this release. I have just been  
informed that the Creative Commons License is not intended to be used  
for software and therefore potentially causes some problems. So I  
replaced it with a MIT-style license. Some minor bug fixes that have  
been waiting for release are now also official.
