[asdf-install-devel] asdf and symlinks on windows

Hi Aaron,

As Faré said, the manual and ASDF-install have diverged and I'm completely unable to keep up with anything other than that thing called life (my apologies to all).

I'd also recommend checking out clbuild and QuickLisp.
