[asdf-install-devel] I broke ASDF-INSTALL

I see that SBCL is distributing some version of ASDF-INSTALL.

Should I recommend SBCL to upgrade to the current "portable" ASDF-INSTALL?
Have all the relevant SBCL changes been merged to the portable version?
