[asdf-install-devel] ASDF on SBCL/Windows

Hi Christopher,

Thanks for your report and fix. I've now got Parallels set up on my  
OS X box so I have some hope of actually being able to test and work  
with asdf-install on Windows... I'm very pressed for time at the  
moment so it happen as quickly as I'd like.
