Ok, AFAICT, I do have the code (from gitlab), and I can see the commit
where you bumped to version to 3.1.6.8, but there's no tag for
3.1.6.8.  There's one for 3.1.6.7 and 3.1.6.9 but not .8.

I'll use 3.1.6.9 for the next cmucl snapshot.
