[asdf-devel] compile-with-nicknames

1- I don't think asdf.lisp itself is the right place for this function,
 although if someone starts a formal asdf-contrib system,
 it should definitely be there.

2- For extra brownies, you ought to handle arbitrary nickname conflicts,
 and properly restore things afterwards. You can assume no conflict
 in the initial state, and have the function return a list of the reverse
 changes, that you'd apply on the other side of the unwind-protect.
