[asdf-devel] never ending component relative pathnames

not yet in the asdf repo, but now reformulated to follow faré's  
advise in recent correspondence:

the results indicate progress.
some implementations still show errors in system construction, some  
do not find all intended pathnames, but ccl and sbcl are well improved.
as long as the :pathname  argument is always a pathname.
if it is a string all bets are off.
