I just committed 2.105, then blessed it as the new RELEASE 2.003 on
the release branch.

Nobody complained about the concept of COMPILE-FILE* so I decided it
would be OK to include it in the 2.0 branch.

Not only is there no contradiction between egoism and altruism, but no
