 Reversing the patches <https://abcl.org/trac/changeset/15427>
 <https://abcl.org/trac/changeset/15459> causes this to work again.  I
 currently suspect that the rewrite of the COMPUTE-METHOD-FAST-FUNCTION was
 incorrect.
