 I don't have access to a Windows box, but I don't see anything hinky on
 Mac OSX, where the home directory is "/Users/rpg/," when I tested
 `UIOP:GETCWD`, `TRUENAME`, and `USER-HOMEDIR-PATHNAME`.

 Why do you think this is UIOP?
