Comment(by mevenson):

 Verified that this problem is no longer occurring with contemporary
 ABCL/SLIME versions, with the TOP-LEVEL restart having been renamed to
 appear as "*ABORT".  Probably this was more a problem on the SLIME end of
 things that has changed.
