the abcl.jar file within Eclipse

Hi all,

I've downloaded ABCL from <A

site, and, on it's building & running page, I've read that I can build
abcl.jar file within Eclipse. I already have Eclipse installed on my computer,
so can anyone, please, tell me how to do it. I do not have much experience
with Eclipse, so a step-by-step procedure is preferred.

Thanks, in
