build failure

Hi

I downloaded the source and built in netbeans where i get this error

JAVA-EXCEPTION: Java exception 'java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: No
applicable method named getURLs found in java.lang.ClassLoader or
jdk.internal.loader.ClassLoaders$AppClassLoader'.
