Critique the [cffi-jna-abcl][1] instructions on our wiki until I make 
them clear enough?  Essentially one first downloads and adds "jna.jar" 
to the ABCL classpath.  Then one uses ASDF-INSTALL to install the ASDF 
components it takes to get CFFI installed.  The required patches are 
present [in my adhoc patch repository][asdf-abcl].
