[armedbear-devel] regarding ticket #87: input history for REPL

Just a note about ABCL on Windows XP,  without any JLine/RLWrap/etc.
The command history inside ABCL is perserved between runs as long as
it is in the same dosbox.  So whatever solution is choosen. Only linux
needs this help.
