What the...? Why does this patch modify these files?

These modifications seem to put removed @Override annotations back, which breaks
java 1.5 compatibility, because those are overrides of interface
methods which aren't
supported by 1.5 version of @Override.
The patch looks botched, the only thing it's supposed to do is modify
build.xml afaics.
