[armedbear-devel] DocString Final

Attached is the final patch for the DocString annotation.

It contains documentation for all the functions in Java.java, the 
functions in LispThread.java, and some miscellaneous others.

ETAGs support is also implemented, allowing either ### or 
@DocString(name="<name>" ...) to name tags.

If you find yourself looking at a function with ### instead of 
@DocString, feel free to update it ;)

Awaiting approval, if everyone is happy I will close ticket #99.
