[armedbear-devel] [PATCH] Add SYS::*INVOKE-DEBUGGER-HOOK*

The first patch adds SYS::*INVOKE-DEBUGGER-HOOK* which is like
*DEBUGGER-HOOK* but is observed by INVOKE-DEBUGGER even when BREAK is
called. 

This obliterates the need to redefine SYS::BREAK in swank-abcl.lisp.

A patch for swank-abcl is also attached.
