[armedbear-devel] [BUG] EXT:ARGLIST produces bogus case-sensitive arglists

`arglist' in `arglist.java' calls `readObjectFromString' which uses the
FASL Readtable which is case sensitive.

This ain't good because this way the lambda-list keywords (&OPTIONAL
etc.) are not properly read back (EXTENSIONS:|&optional|)
